Mandatory Reporting Information

Mandatory Reporting

All UCCS employees, including student employees, are considered "responsible employees" or mandatory reporters. This means that you are required to report instances of sexual misconduct or identity-based discrimination and/or harassment to the Office of Institutional Equity (OIE). Regardless of when or where the incident occurred, if it involves someone from the UCCS community, you must submit a report. It is okay if you do not know the names of the people involved, but if you do know them, you must include them in your report. If you do not have a lot of information, please do not investigate further. OIE can still help connect those impacted with support services.

Retaliation is prohibited against anyone involved in a report.

To submit a report, please visit OIE's Reporting Page.
