- The new policy can be found here.
Faculty and staff will have access to updated training for the new rules in Skillsoft within their myUCCS portal beginning August 17, 2020, and will be required to complete it within 30 days.
- Specific instructions on the updated training will be sent out to all faculty and staff.

Updates on New Title IX Federal Regulations
Has the current policy changed at UCCS?
The university has not yet made any changes to our current Sexual Misconduct, Intimate Partner Abuse and Stalking Policy or the OIE Procedures in response to the new regulations. These policies and procedures remain in effect for any current reports or adjudications.
As always, the campus remains committed to ensuring a safe and non-discriminatory learning, living and working environment for everyone and we will continue to prioritize strong and effective prevention and response efforts for our campus community.
When will the new regulations go into effect?
We are reviewing the new regulations to determine what changes will need to be made to our policies and procedures to ensure compliance by August 14, 2020, and we’ll keep the campus apprised of our progress.
